Timber Rock Lodge does not dictate who you have to use for catering or other services. We offer contacts on this page for vendors we’ve worked with and can recommend with confidence.

Someone else you like? We’ll be happy to work with them - provided they are licensed & insured.

Wedding Planners

Let someone else help in the planning process and lean on the experts! You can choose how involved you want your wedding planner to be: 12 months, 6 months, 6 weeks, day-of coordination.

Catering & Bar

While we permit consumption of alcohol during events, a professionally licensed and insured bartender must be in charge of serving.

  • Beer must be purchased through Timber Rock Lodge but all other wine and spirits can be sourced elsewhere - but kept behind the bar under supervision of the bartender.

  • NO shots or keg stands.

  • Insurance rider required if alcohol to be served.

Photo & Video
