We are sorry but no. We personally love animals of all kinds, but we must consider that not everyone agrees with that. In order to keep our Inn as comfortable as possible for everyone, we have a No Pet policy in place. See below's "What about service dogs?" for answers to service animal related questions.
-
Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of the handler at all times. If a service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, staff may request that the animal be removed from the premises.
What about emotional support dogs? They do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. These terms are used to describe animals that provide comfort just by being with a person.
Are hotel guests allowed to leave their service dogs in their hotel room when they leave the hotel? No. The dog must be under the handler’s control at all times.
Can my service dog be off leash in the hotel or on the grounds? The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered while in public places unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. In that case, the person must use voice, signal, or other effective means to maintain control of the animal.
Are service-dogs-in-training considered service dogs under the ADA? No. Under the ADA, the dog must already be trained before it can be taken into public places.

All but two of our rooms are designed as double occupancy (2 ppl per room) where the occupants will share the same bed. Our 1st floor king room # 5 has a twin sofa bed in it that makes the room fit for up to 3 people. The Barna Suite’s sitting room has a queen sofa bed in it so total in that room can handle up to 4 guests. ($25 fee applies if you use either sofa bed).
-
The Barna Suite is equipped with a small refrigerator. We also have a single portable refrigerator available upon request on a first come first serve basis for a small nightly fee. Just request the fridge at time of booking and we will have it in your room when you arrive.
