Music (and bar) conclude by 10:30pm on Saturdays, by 9:00pm on Sundays, and 8:30pm on weeknights.
* In addition to the Honeymoon Suite for the newlyweds that is included in all packages, there are 12 additional bedrooms that can sleep up to 25 guests. Where indicated in packages above, the rooms need to be committed to by the wedding party or your guests. We require this to ensure that your wedding will not be interrupted by other hotel guests and so our team can focus 100% of our attention on you.
The total cost (above the venue fee) for all 12 rooms is approximately $2,200 per night + tax. You may of course pass the obligation to pay for rooms, all or in part, to your friends and family.
The nightly rate averages $175 / room + tax (more for King room, less for standard Queen) - specific rates can be shown for the actual dates of your wedding. If guests are paying for their own rooms, they will work directly with Timber Rock Lodge in making their reservations and payment.
Rooms not rented by guests are the financial responsibility of the couple.
Note: All booked weddings require a refundable security deposit of $750.
Quoted rates do not include state or local applicable taxes. Venue tax is 9.25%. Lodging tax is 14.25%.
